🎤 TOMORROW: Cure doomscrolling with us IRL
Our new live show is back to cure the too-much-news blues.
Tuesday is a great night of the week to stop the doomscroll, put down your phone and get out of your house and go talk local news in a cozy basement theater. The New York Groove Live! is back tomorrow at 7pm at Caveat on the Lower East Side, and you can get your tickets right here, for IRL or livestream. Paying members of The Groove of course get in for just $10: check below for your members-only code.
Our first show in January was a hoot and this time we're back with a new night of helpful-but-entertaining info for all you folks who care about making this city better, which is a potent and foolproof antidote to the horrors of the world.
Join us and our special guest panel Alison Leiby (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) and Rachel Holliday Smith (THE CITY); plus self-described earnest dogooder Lindsey Cormack (How to Raise a Citizen) will demystify how and why you can join a community board (spoiler: it's because no one else is doing it). Then, Dave will bring his rant about tying your trash to the Brooklyn Bridge to stunning 3D reality, and we'll have a real local hero joining us: Ellen Baum, who's been out there cleaning the damn bridge herself. We'll have another custom local-news crossword for our audience too.

🎟️ Get your tickets here — you can also livestream/VOD the show from anywhere in the world; members discount code is below. 🎟️
